Rape fields are a great treat for the eye every year in the UK. Apparently they don't call
it rape in the US. It's canola, and rape seed oil is canola oil (It crops up in the film
'Lorenzo's Oil'). Photos never ever do a rape field justice. This one certainly doesn't.
The tones vary here on left and right and I could make them more even and give them
more punch but I know I would be kidding myself. That golden shimmer of a rape field
on a spring day may just be something you have to see for yourself.
